Drunk Flower Thief Still Not Apprehended

Urbana (Associated Poets)

June midnight blue thunderstorm
Lightning pouring trees dancing
Flashing soaking draining flowing
Streets deep swirling parkinglot

Mall flowers lush bending
Wet mud worm sidewalk
Flash colors petals leaves
Red frond coneflower tulip

Naked underneath his raincoat
Laughing picking singing sopping
Happy lunatic rejoicing rainshower
Bouquet wrapped naked chest

Copcars passing shoulders hunching
Giggling thunder rumbling cloud
Rushing puddles roaring sewers
Surreptitious bouquet illicit flora
