Experts predict:

‹ By 2002, Capital will have figured out how to make computer consulting sweatshops in southeast Asia.

Where 12-year-olds work 13 hours a day cranking out code.

Working in hot, unhealthy conditions, working on barely-functioning obsolete Windows NT systems.

It will not be the Utopia I imagine, where happy people speak perfect C++ around campfires.

Meanwhile, in reality, more people are losing jobs.

And losing lives at jobs.
